As part of our on-going improvement scheme and to ensure that we retain the position as market leader in our field we have now set the wheels in motion for implementing ISO 9001:2000.

Achieving ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Certification demonstrates Impact Air Systems' commitment to maintaining a high level of quality as the company and its offerings expand and mature,

Nick Ball, General  Manager believes, "The development and implementation of a formal Quality Management System will further enhance our company culture of promoting the importance of meeting our customers' needs, whilst satisfying statutory and regulatory requirements. This initiative is imperative as we continue to operate in an increasingly demanding global market."

Recognised with worldwide acceptance as the comprehensive international standard that defines quality, ISO 9001:2000 requires independent annual auditing to ensure compliance and measure continuous improvement initiatives.

The ISO 9001:2000 standard emphasises customer satisfaction and encourages organisations to listen and respond to customer feedback to proactively enhance service if and where necessary. The standard also promotes improved documentation and process control, leading to increased productivity and reduced costs, which in turn are passed on to customers.
