News: Impact fast response ensures GI Direct hit print deadline

We received a desperate telephone call from GI Direct who really were in a mess. A large lorry had just demolished a section of the trim extraction system and therefore halted an important production run. Our Technical Services Division personnel reacted immediately, using there expertise to re-design the system and taking full advantage of our "in house" manufacturing facilities were on site within 2 hours. A temporary internal extraction system was assembled on site to allow production to continue. By the end of the day the full system was re-designed and fully assembled with the customer resuming full production within 6 hours of the incident. Our prompt action ensured losses were kept to a minimum and that important deadlines could still be met.
