Impact Air Systems have, at our core, a philosophy of continual improvement and enhancement of our systems and services. We realise that our customers are becoming more sophisticated, better informed and their expectations are growing. We decided that, for any business, the only way to meet and exceed these expectations is to offer a commitment to quality.
As part of this philosophy, we commenced the ISO 9001:2000 process in June 2007 to validate that we had the correct structure and processes in place to enable us to provide the best quality systems and services to our customers and that we were, indeed, measuring and monitoring the right areas.
After nearly a year of refining our processes and documentation we achieved the certification in June 2008. We are one of the few companies in our sector who have this certification; another indication that Impact Air Systems are a clear choice.
As part of our quality management system we have established criteria against which we evaluate our suppliers so that we can ensure we are procuring the best possible solutions, thus adding to the quality of service that we provide.
In order to strive for continual improvement we have also established processes to encourage performance improvements and to analyse any issues that arise during projects so that we can ensure that lessons are learned and the benefits can be passed on to our customers.
It is our belief that this achievement validates our processes, and provides our customers with the confidence that we are able to cater for their needs as well as implement improvements to enhance our systems and services.
