Satisfying customer requirement's is simply not good enough for a world class business, we must strive at all times to exceed customers expectations adds Julie.
Inline with Impacts strategy and core objectives, Terry Ward has been appointed as Technical Services Manager for the South of England and Ireland territories. After having spent a short time away from the business Terry rejoined Impact and is looking forward to the challenges ahead. Terry brings with him many years of industry experience and will be a great asset to Impact and prove to be a great benefit to our valued customers.
Impact recognises it is important that the significant increase in sales volume is matched by internal support services, to this end the recently restructured project management team are now jointly managed by Richard Deacon and Glen Mills. The projects team has now been further strengthened with the recruitment of Nazir Ahmed - Trainee Draftsman to support the existing drawing office.
It is fully recognised by Impact the importance of providing systems that fully satisfy the customer's specification, equally so it is imperative that systems continue to perform as originally installed. Consequently Impact put great emphasis on customer aftercare. Impacts team of service engineers has been further strengthened by the appointment of Nick Jandu - Apprentice / trainee service engineering.
We Believe at Impact that the internal training of our own dedicated staff is one of the key mechanisms in achieving a world class business.
