The Impact dust briquetter system works in conjunction with our reverse jet filter system to convert loose particle dust into a compact pellet or briquetter. The units are available in a range of sizes from 30kg/hr to 180kg/hr to suit your dust throughput requirements.

The briquetter system can be mounted directly underneath your filter system where height restrictions are not an issue. Alternatively, Impact can supply a mini dust conveying system using Venticlone technology to transport dust collected from your filter hopper to a remotely located briquetting system.

By incorporating our dust briquetting system into your waste extraction system, you eliminate the problems associated with handling and disposing of loose particle dust.

These briquettes can be used as solid fuel pellets and so enable you to be environmentally friendly and comply with government legislation.
